On 17 th of February at 12:00 and 15:00 we are inviting you to visit the exhibition "ABOUT THE CITY OF GREEN PASSAGES: Vilnius in the Collections of the M. K. Čiurlionis National Museum of Art" at the A. and P. Galaunė House-Museum (Vydūno al. 2, Kaunas).
You will have an opportunity to hear a story (in english) about the exhibition and take part in a printmaking workshop. With the help of an educator, you will make a series of monotypes. This is a printmaking technology in which glass (or another matrix) and inks are used to create a single print on paper. This type of production allows for unexpected play of lines and colour combinations. Come and try your hand at this technique! Also, you can pick a more favorable time to attend – the activities will be identical.
